Both Annette Richman and Janet Kipling have worked at the heart of Devon County Council's communications unit - helping to shape strategy to ensure that key messages have reached the people who most needed to hear them.

Annette Richman has also been at the forefront of the drive to communicate the biggest change in health and social care policy ever seen in Devon. The campaign, on behalf of the Devon Primary Care Trust, has utilised traditional communication methods alongside video and web technology. KOR's video production crew has created DVD's used in support of successful, multi-million pound funding bids on behalf of organisations such as Link Age Plus.
