The Hadlow Estate in Kent is a family owned and managed rural business. Its primary activities include fruit and arable farming, solar energy, woodland management, conservation projects and residential and commercial property.
In 2019 The Estate developed a brand identity and new website and KOR was appointed to begin a programme of communications to nurture a better understanding of the Estate’s many and varied activities and its long-term commitment to the area.
Working closely with the team, we developed a full communications strategy to support the Estate in delivering its aims and objectives. This work includes regular and targeted news and features for local, regional and national media and sector press, and the creation of engaging content for the Estate’s social media channels.
KOR is also supporting the Estate’s charrette design process for land at Capel which was identified in the Tunbridge Wells Borough Council’s Draft Local Plan as a potential site for a new village community of around 2,800 homes, known as “Tudeley Village”.
