KOR worked with South West land promoter Waddeton Park to bring forward a planning application for 155 homes and a 64-bed residential care home on the rural edge of Topsham near Exeter.
With a documented shortfall in housing land supply in the city and a lack of affordable housing, we crafted our narrative around the reasons why new homes were needed in Exeter. Our team produced a consultation website and wrote to neighbours and relevant stakeholders, to encourage them to complete an online survey.
KOR also produced a Statement of Community Involvement, which was submitted alongside the final planning application. Outline planning permission was granted in January 2019.
