A provider of luxury retirement properties, KOR worked with Blue Cedar Homes to promote the company’s developments and inform the target market about this new concept in homes for the “active retired”.
KOR placed property editorial in regional and sector specific outlets, and produced quarterly newsletters, both in print and via email to communicate to homeowners and potential customers. All our work included high-quality professional photography and video.
In September 2015 KOR planned and implemented a highly successful celebrity launch event, with former BBC Royal Correspondent Jennie Bond, to mark the opening of three new developments, reaching all the desired media outlets.
Jennie Bond was selected because her background and public profile aligned to that of the Blue Cedar’s ethos and brand.
Development partners and homeowners were invited to a light lunch at the first location at Sidmouth’s Mill Gardens, a champagne reception at the second location in Sidmouth’s Salcombe Gardens and an afternoon tea with a presentation from Jennie at the third and final location, The Gardens, Park Lane at Budleigh Salterton.
Our own photographer recorded the whole event with a professional set of pictures that were supplied to local and regional publications and used on the Blue Cedar Homes website. Local media also sent their own teams.
